Description

Construction of the sewerage system in the municipality of Wieliczka – Phase II – supplementary contract for performance
construction and implementation project for sanitary sewerage in Wieliczka ul. Mietniowska, ul. Gdowska – Self
— additions. The contract involves the design of the sewerage network in the streets adjacent to the
the village of Lednica Górna, with a length of approximately 1.2 km, including documentation development services
technical, construction and implementation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works,
construction of the sanitary sewerage system in the town and municipality of Wieliczka and obtaining final permits
for construction, including:
1. Obtaining written consents from property owners;
2. Carrying out the 1:500 maps necessary for the development of the construction project;
3. Carrying out geological and engineering documentation;
4. The execution of a construction project to the extent necessary to obtain a building permit;
5. Obtaining the final decision of the building permit;
6. Implementation of implementation projects;
7. Carrying out an inventory of greens in conflict with the planned sewerage run and the permit
felling of trees or shrubs (if they protrude);
8. The execution of bills of measurement of the works, together with a summary of materials;
9. The execution of investor cost estimates;
10. Implementation of the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the works;
11. Suppress all necessary arrangements, approvals, decisions required by law – necessary for
implementation of the investment.
