Description

l'Accord-Cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Le contrat est susceptible d'être reconduit dans les conditions du cahier des charges. Les montants estimatifs sont les montants maximum annuels .Le marché a pour objet l'entretien des espaces verts plantés sur les propriétés bâties et non bâties de la Communauté d'agglomération Pays Basque. Sont concernés les sites suivants :-les bâtiments communautaires : Sièges de Pôles Territoriaux, crèches, équipements culturels, pépinières d'entreprises, piscines, déchetteries, etc.-les parcelles non bâties : réserves foncières pour futur aménagement (bâtiment, Zae, route, etc.), délaissés situés en bord de route, espace naturel.-les zones d'activités économiques (Zae).A noter : Ne sont pas concernés par le présent marché les espaces verts des équipements techniques se rapportant au domaine de l'eau et de l'assainissement
