Description

Services related to the abandoned waste removal service, collection and transport of municipal and municipal waste (textiles), cleaning green areas, manual sweeping and conducting collection centres and ancillary services, to be carried out in the territory of the municipality of Ferrara for the period of 24 months, possibly renewable for a further 24 months under the same terms and conditions and at prices not exceeding those in force – without prejudice to the possible application of the price review clause. Under Article 112 of Legislative Decree No 50/2016, the right to participate in this procedure is reserved to economic operators and social cooperatives and their associations whose main purpose is the social and professional integration of persons with disabilities or disadvantaged persons, where at least 30 % of the workers of those economic operators are workers with disabilities or disadvantaged workers.
