The object of the procurement is the communications agency services of the Helsinki Regional Transport Authority (later HSL, subscriber, contracting entity). HSL's communications work to ensure that HSL is visible and belongs to its customers and other stakeholders as an impressive top professional in the public transport sector. We encourage the residents and visitors of the HSL area to use public transport by means of insightful and effective communication. We communicate with our various customer groups in a clear and understandable manner and, where possible, in a personalised and targeted manner. We use communications to support HSL in achieving its goals for the strategy period: - Towards emission-free public transport - Use of public transport at record levels - Cost-effective public transport - Balanced economy HSL is looking for a partner agency to develop customer communications.
