Description

Die Baumaßnahme umfasst die Grundinstandsetzung des Bestandsgebäudes der Polizei Haus A und der Neuinstallation in einem Erweiterungsbau Haus B sowie der Neugestaltung der Aussenanlagen.
Der Bauverlauf legt zuerst die Errichtung des Neubaus auf dem Gelände fest. Nach Inbetrieb- nahme erfolgt dann die Grundinstandsetzung des Bestandgebäudes, was sich im Aufbau dieser Leistungsbeschreibung wiederspiegelt.
Die Installtion wird bedingt durch den Bauablauf mit Unterbrechungen ausgeführt werden. Dies ist bei der Kalkulation zu berücksichtigen.
