Description

The subject-matter of the public contract shall include:
1. Concept – split into two phases (breakdown by type of work):
— stage 1 on works inside the building,
— phase 2 on work outside the building,
2. A complete inventory to the extent necessary to carry out the study,
3. Construction and implementation design – broken down by stage;
4. A bill of measurement – in cost-based terms – broken down by stage,
5. Investors’ cost estimates in detailed form – broken down by stage;
6. The technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the works for each sector,
7. Safety and health information,
8. Necessary arrangements (e.g. agreement of the project with the Municipal Monuments Conservator), authorisation and development in accordance with Annex 1 of the Agreement.
9. Copyright supervision.
