Description

The subject-matter of the contract is:
(1) Implementation of the project for the refurbished and upgraded sterilisation plant at the sterilisation plant (ZS) drawn up on the basis of the Funkcjonalno-Usual Program, which constitutes Annex 1 to the ToR, agreed with the Contracting Authority and external entities to the extent necessary to carry out the task,
(2) Construction and installation work in accordance with the approved project contracting authority,
(3) Supply of technological equipment:
a. Water purification equipment,
b. Cargos for the transport of medical devices, lockable, of a capacity of 6 CW with accessories,
C. Cargos for the transport of medical devices, lockable, of a capacity of 9 CW with accessories,
D. Equipment for storage of chemical agents,
e. Acid-resistant steel work tables with fittings,
F. Rack – a rack for the storage of three washer-disinfector input trucks,
g. A set of universal trolleys,
H. Acid-resistant steel sink tables with fittings,
I. Ultrasonic standalone, cabinets with fittings,
J. Equipment for steam washing tools with accessories,
k. Set of working tables of acid-resistant and draught steel with fittings,
L. 15 trays-disinfectors with equipment,
m. Transmission chamber,
N. medical device storage equipment kit,
o. central dosing system for chemical agents for washer-disinfectors,
p. washer/disinfector for cleaning and disinfection of transport trolleys, containers, sterilisation and transport containers, operating boots and equipment,
q. hand-washing set of trolleys,
R. equipment for locks,
s. Work tables with equipment for packing medical devices,
t. Acid-resistant steel work tables with fittings,
U. Rotary (agricultural) warmers with equipment,
v. steam sterilisers of a capacity of 8 CW and equipment,
a set of social furniture,
x. set of office furniture,
y. Computer system with software for the sterilisation plant and others.
The required parameters, configuration of the technological equipment specified in points (a) to (y) and quantities are described in Annex 2 to the ToR – Technical tender.
(4) Installation of the above-mentioned equipment, training of ZS staff and technical departments.
