THE PROCEDURE HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO SEVEN PARTS: Part I Organisation and delivery of courses in the economic and administrative sector; Accounting course; Part II Organisation and delivery of courses in the economic and administrative sector: Comarch ERP Optima course; Part III Organization and conduct of a course in the power industry: Installation course of PV panels; Part IV Organisation and conduction of a course in the hairdressing and cosmetics industry: Cosmetic course; Part V Organisation and conduct of a course in the commercial sector: Cashier course with cash register support; Part VI Organization and conduct of a course in the forwarding and logistics industry: Course forwarder, logistics specialist; Part VII Organisation and conduct of a course in the food industry: A course in confectionery. DESCRIPTION OF THE PREPARATION OF THE OFFER: 1. The Contractor shall submit the tender, in accordance with the form constituting Annex 3 to the FTZ, drawn up, failing which it will be invalid, in electronic form in the manner specified in point VIII(1) of the FTZ. Together with the tender, the contractor submits: a power of attorney or other document confirming a power of attorney to represent the contractor, if the power of attorney to represent the contractor does not arise from other documents (see point X(8) of the FTZ), drawn up in electronic form with a qualified electronic signature in the manner specified in point VIII(1) of the FTZ.
