Description

During the execution of the contract, the following should be carried out: delivery and installation of sterilizers, free of the buildings of the municipal crèches on the territory of the Municipality of Varna, in accordance with the Technical Specification (Annex 1), an integral part of this documentation. The subject matter of this contract includes: delivery of sterilizers, installation/installation, testing of delivered sterilizers and warranty maintenance within the warranty period. Quantity and volume: The indicative number of sterilisers is described in the technical specifications at the time of the announcement of the contract. THE PURPOSE OF THIS PROCEDURE is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement, which does not set out all the conditions, for the award of public procurement contracts for the delivery and installation of sterilizers for the needs of municipal crèches on the territory of Varna Municipality. By awarding this contract, the Contracting Authority seeks to select potential Contractors of the subject of the contract, possessing professional qualifications and practical experience corresponding to the subject of the contract, to whom the Municipality of Varna will assign the implementation of the activities under the subject of the public contract. In order to achieve expediency in spending budget and other funds and to comply with the basic principles of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority decides to conduct an open procedure for the conclusion of a framework contract with a term of execution of up to 36 months, with 2 (two) potential contractors who meet the conditions previously announced by the Contracting Authority. If during the procedure it is found that there are not enough potential contractors who meet the personal status and selection criteria and/or a sufficient number of tenders that meet the pre-announced conditions, the Contracting Authority will conclude a framework agreement only with the participants who meet the pre-announced conditions, although the number of ranked participants will be less than two.
