Description

The duration of the contract is 12 years from the date of notification of the contract, the date of commencement of performance described above being provisional. The Métropole Rouen Normandie and the Commune de Rouen have decided to form a consortium of licensors for the joint award of a service concession contract for the provision, installation, maintenance, maintenance and commercial exploitation of urban furniture.
