Description

The subject matter of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6. 1 pt. 1 of the Forests Act of 28.9.1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2014, item1153 as amended) covering timber harvesting and grading work and forest management work in the fields of forest breeding and protection, fire protection to be carried out in the Bolesławiec Forest District in 2016-2018.
The place of performance of the subject of the contract will be the administrative area of the Bolesławiec Forest District, with individual lots being implemented within the administrative boundaries of the forestry sector – which are specific to the lot in question. The locations (forest addresses) where implementation of the subject matter of the contract is planned are described in Annexes 2.I, 2.II, 2.III to the ToR.
