Description

The subject of the contract is: supply of single-use medical equipment by package. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the tender specifications and contains the basic and minimum functional and technical requirements for the elements and solutions intended for the performance of the contract. The Contractor may offer equipment and solutions from any manufacturer that meet the requirements set out in this document. Medical devices declared by the Contractor in the offer as the subject of the contract should have, on the day of delivery and the period of its use/validity provided for in the contract with the Ordering Party, the current release for free circulation and use/use in the territory of the Republic of Poland, in accordance with Polish law and European Union law, as well as meet other requirements (standards, parameters) specified by the Ordering Party in Annex 1 to the SWZ. Medical devices that are the subject of the contract should be understood as medical devices within the meaning of the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices. The offered medical devices must be allowed to be placed on the market and used in accordance with the rules set out in the Act on Medical Devices.
