Description

In accordance with Article 161 of Law No 98/2016, as amended by Government Emergency Order No 107/2017, economic operators shall request clarifications to the award documentation 15 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will also respond clearly and completely to requests for clarifications/additional information in relation to the award documentation on the 10th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders in the contract notice. The framework agreement will be signed with a minimum of 2 economic operators, i.e. an unlimited number of economic operators whose tenders will be declared admissible. The contracting authority shall resume competition on the basis of the same terms and conditions set out in the tender specifications, in compliance with the following rules:
