Subject of the procurement: the MCC educational centre in Pécs (7621 Pécs, Király utca 13. and Mária utca 10.; 17535 hrsz.) within the framework of a general contractor's construction contract. The construction task, including architectural, civil engineering, building electrical, building engineering, high current, low current and all other necessary works, is the renovation of the former National Casino building on Király Street (Building A/1), its establishment with an urban community and educational function. Expansion of the building with a new educational part (building A/2) by reconstructing the original elements, demolition of the designated existing buildings and structures.
