Description

The subject-matter of the contract covers the supply and assembly of 355 computer sets (335 desktops including monitors, 20 laptops) together with a printer and software, the modernisation of the server and the provision of internet access services for a period of three years, together with the provision and installation of kits enabling the access service offered. The contractor will provide internet access services within 36 months of the date of transmission of the signal. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in the technical specifications forming Annex 4 to the contract, together with the addresses for installing the equipment. The equipment proposed by the Contractor must not be less than those specified in the technical specifications. The Contractor must specify the manufacturer of the equipment offered. In the absence of an object on the market within the period for performance of the contract indicated by the economic operator, the contracting authority may give written consent to a replacement for an equivalent or better object, and the replacement must always be in favour of the contracting authority.
