Description

The subject of the services advertised by the Contribution Service is the award of a multi-partner framework agreement in the form of service contracts for the use of agile coaches in the role of a scrum master to support the implementation of agile working methods in IT system development. The framework agreement is to be concluded with a maximum of 5 framework agreement partners. The framework agreements will be concluded by awarding contracts to the five most economical tenders. The framework agreements will have a fixed duration of three years. The earliest service start date is 01.01.2026, which, however, necessarily requires the organisation of an individual competition and the award of an individual contract on the basis of the framework agreement.
