Description

The city of Nieder-Olm intends to build a new clubhouse with gastronomy and outdoor seating area (gastronomy, offices, storage rooms, conference rooms, exercise room) on the sports ground. The entire surrounding area of the sports field is to be redesigned. Details of the project and the expected scope of services can be found in the procurement documents, in particular the tasks and the annexes. For the different types of services, the breakdown is as follows: • Lot 1: Property planning services for buildings and interiors and • Lot 2: Specialist planning – Structural design Interested companies can apply for both individual lots and two lots at the same time. Please indicate on the documents to be submitted which lot the relevant document relates to. An application as a (applicant) consortium is admissible. The two lots (lot 1 and lot 2) will of course be evaluated separately. A tenderer/group may be awarded the contract for both lots.
