Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the purchase and supply of bread and confectionery products for the 26th Military Economic Branch in Zegrza and the units supplied by it – ZP/90/2016.
2. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of partial tenders – the contract has been placed in a single lot, the contracting authority envisages awarding the basic contract and exercising the right of option.
3. The requirements, the ‘use by’ date and the detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract are set out in the section ‘Description of the subject-matter of the contract’, which constitutes Annex 6 to the ToR.
4. The detailed list of quantities of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in the Price Form – Annex 2 to the ToR.
5. The contractor may submit only one tender.
6. In connection with the ‘Description of the subject-matter of the contract’ by means of standards, the contracting authority accepts equivalent solutions.
