Framework agreement with order forms for work on blinds, rolling shutters and closures in the colleges and buildings of Department A (South) and D (East). The consultation shall take the form of an open invitation to tender, subject to the provisions of Articles 25, 33 and 66 to 68, 78 and 80 of the Decree of 25.3.2016 on public procurement.
