The subject of the contract is the supply of computer equipment, in accordance with the requirements set out in this FTZ. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract was included in the annexes to the FTZ (respectively for 3 lots) – Technical Specification – Description of the subject-matter of the contract (hereinafter referred to as the OPZ) and the draft provisions of the contract (model contract). The offered equipment must come entirely from serial production, it must be brand new. All electrically powered equipment must comply with Polish standards, i.e. 230V voltage. If any items are classified as dangerous or require special use, full information on the above subject, together with safety markings, must be provided in the tender. The equipment must come from an official distribution channel authorised by the equipment manufacturer. At the time of delivery, the Ordering Party will be able to request confirmation from the Manufacturer's Representative of the equipment that the delivered equipment comes from an official distribution channel authorized by the manufacturer of the equipment.
