Description

Formalised procedure (Article L2124-1 of the Code) of open invitation to tender type (Article L2124-2 of the Code) in accordance with Article R2124-1 & 2 and R2161-2 to 5 of the Code. Two lots. Lot 1: all-inclusive price contract. Lot 2: framework agreement (Articles R2162-1 to 6 of the Code) for standard supplies and services, without a minimum and with a maximum of EUR 80 000 (excluding VAT) per period. Lot 1: two optional response variants are provided. Lot 2: variants are not allowed. two additional optionally answered services are provided. For more details, see Article 5 of the Consultation Regulation. For each lot, the contract shall be concluded from the date of its notification for an initial period until 30 June 2027. The estimated value indicated below for information purposes for each contract is calculated on the basis of the maximum duration of the contracts (including renewals) and, for Lot 2, on the basis of the maximum amount of the framework agreement.
