The subject of the contract is the continuous and uninterrupted (according to the schedule of municipal waste collection and the frequency of municipal waste collection specified by the Ordering Party) collection and transport of municipal waste from the areas of the rural municipality of Zgorzelec, within a period of 24 months, starting from July 1, 2025. The subject-matter of the contract shall include, in particular: 1) equipping property owners with waste collection containers, 2) collecting municipal waste, 3) collecting construction and demolition waste, furniture and other large-scale waste in an individual system, 4) collecting municipal waste from places not intended for their storage and storage 5) collecting expired medicines from containers located at pharmacies and health centers, 6) servicing and organizing Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points (PSZOKów), 7) delivering all municipal waste collected from the Zgorzelec rural municipality to the Regional Municipal Waste Treatment Plant in Lubań, 8) developing a schedule for collecting municipal waste, 9) keeping documentation related to the activities covered by the contract. ESTIMATED QUANTITIES: a. The estimated amount of mixed/sorting municipal waste collected from residents from 01.07.2025 to 30.06.2027 is 2,900 Mg. b. The estimated amount of mixed/sorting municipal waste collected from uninhabited properties from 01.07.2025 to 30.06.2027 is 200 Mg. c. The estimated amount of all fractions of municipal waste collected from properties that are covered by the municipal waste collection system in the period from 01.07.2025 to 30.06.2027 is approximately 7,400 Mg. 3.1. The final value and scope of the subject of the contract will depend on the current needs of the Ordering Party. The amount of waste actually generated does not depend on the customer. The given quantities are estimated and may be changed according to the actual needs of the Ordering Party by a quantity of no more than; increase/decrease of 20% respectively. 3.2. The Contractor's remuneration will be calculated on the basis of a flat gross offer price for 1 Mg of municipal waste and the actual amount of waste received, on a monthly basis. 3.3. The principles of mutual settlements are set out in the draft agreement constituting Annex 2 to SWZ 4. The Contracting Authority requires that Vehicles participating in the works covered by the subject of the contract must be clearly marked in a visible place with the name or logo of the company and address data and telephone number, have warning lights of orange color and a reversing light with a sound signal. 5. All vehicles of the Contractor should meet the requirements of the EURO 5 exhaust emission standard or higher, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 715/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 June 2007 and Regulation (EC) No 595/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 June 2019, subject to the provisions of para. 6 of this chapter. 6. The contractor will equip at least one vehicle receiving municipal waste from the containers with cameras to monitor the receipt of municipal waste, recording the contents of the empty containers and route 7. In accordance with Art. 1 point 2) letter a in conjunction with art. 68b point 3 of the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels, the share of vehicles of categories N2 and N3, referred to in art. Point 1(b) of Regulation 2018/858, fuelled with alternative fuels in the total number of vehicles of those categories covered by the contract, in accordance with Article 68b, shall be at least: 7% by 31 December 2025 (minimum 3 vehicles). A zero-emission vehicle should replace another vehicle providing the waste collection and transport service that is the subject of the contract and should have technical parameters not worse than the vehicle being replaced. The Contractor shall, no later than 31.12.2025, submit to the Ordering Party a statement on the adaptation of the fleet of vehicles used in the performance of the contract to the requirements of the Act referred to in the first sentence of this paragraph.
