De gemeente Den Haag werkt, samen met partners in de stad, aan een klimaatneutrale stad. Het team Voorbereiding en Planontwikkeling (V&P) werkt aan plannen om energie te sparen in wijken en buurten en op termijn over te gaan op een duurzame warmtevoorziening. Voor deze projecten is technisch en financieel advies nodig. Hiervoor sluit de Gemeente Den Haag graag een raamovereenkomst met meerdere partijen.
