1.The subject matter of this contract is the supply of ultrasound equipment to the Maria Skłodowska-Curie National Institute of Oncology – National Research Institute Branch in Gliwice, hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority. 2. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of changing the provisions of the concluded agreement (so-called contractual changes based on Art. 1 point 1 of the Act) in relation to the content of the tender on the basis of which the Contractor was selected, in accordance with the conditions set out in Annex 5 to the SWZ. The successful tenderer shall be required, before the conclusion of the public contract, to lodge a performance guarantee equal to 5 % of the total price quoted in the tender. 10.
