Description

La durée de l'accord cadre est de 6 ans en raison de l'ampleur du projet (traitement de 5ha). L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par la conclusion de marchés subséquents. Les travaux sont découpés en phases, chacune d'elles faisant l'objet d'un marché subséquent. Le phasage s'articulera avec les rénovations de tous les bâtiments du site qui avancent selon des calendriers différenciés (lots privés) Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Le montant maximum de l'accord-cadre sera défini par lot
