La présente consultation est lancée suivant la procédure: appel d'offres ouvert - articles R. 2124-2, R. 2161-1 du code de la commande publique. Il a pour objet des prestations de travaux et d équipements spécifiques aux infrastructures de collecte des déchets sur le territoire de la Métropole Nice Côte d'Azur d'azur. On entend principalement par l'appellation «infrastructure de collecte», les treize déchèteries métropolitaines, et des infrastructures diverses, concourantes à la compétence de collecte des déchets tel que:
— des quais de transfert des déchets ménagers,
— des terrains de stockage de matériels,
— des centres opérationnels,
— des équipements de traitement des déchets.
