Description

Im Rahmen der Untersuchung von Probanden der SHIP-Next Kohorte soll in einem assoziierten Projekt den Teilnehmern die nächtliche Durchführung einer kardiorespiratorische Polysomnographie (PSG) angeboten werden. Diese wird entsprechend der fachlichen (S-3 Leitlinie der DGSM, Fassung 2020) sowie Akkreditierungskriterien der DGSM (Schädlich et al., 2017) und unter Berücksichtigung der Qualitätssicherungs-Vereinbarung gemäß § 135 Abs. 2 SGB V (Fassung 10/2020) sowie der GBA-Richtlinie zu Methoden der vertragsärztlichen Versorgung (Fassung von 1/21) zu erbringen sein. Diese Anforderungen stellen in weiten Teilen auch die Grundlage für eine wissenschaftliche Verwertung der zu erhebenden Daten dar.
Bei jedem Teilnehmer der Studie sollen folgende Fragebögen erhoben und computergestützt dokumentiert werden: Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS), Insomnia Severity Index, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) und Restless Legs Syndrome-Diagnostic Index (RLS-DI).
