Description

Der Landkreis Nordsachsen beabsichtigt im Rahmen eines Neubauvorhabens die Schaffung eines Förderschulcampus, welche 2 Förderschulen mit unterschiedlichen Nutzungen und Anforderungen an einem Standort umfasst. Neben den betrieblich grds. getrennten Abläufen soll ein Teil des Gebäudekomplexes auch gemeinsam genutzt werden können, um ein Gemeinschaftsgefühl zu schaffen. Der neue Förderschulcampus soll in der Richard-Wagner-Straße in Delitzsch (Flst. 91 / 4 Flur 6 Gemarkung Delitzsch) entstehen.
Beschafft werden sollen Generalunternehmerleistungen für die Kompletterrichtung des vorgenannten Gebäudekomplexes sowie Außenanlagen einschließlich der erforderlichen anteiligen Planungsleistungen für die Errichtung. Die vom Generalunternehmer (GU) zu erbringenden Planungsleistungen umfassen dabei insbesondere Ausführungsplanungen für das Gebäude, Tragwerk, technische Ausrüstung und Freianlagen.
