Description

This is an above-threshold public supply contract. This public contract is divided into 8 lots in accordance with Section 35 of the Act. Unless otherwise provided, each lot shall be subject to the same conditions as set out in the procurement documents. The contractor shall not be obliged to submit a tender for all lots of the contract. The contractor shall be entitled to submit a tender for the lot or lots of his choice. A separate purchase contract will be concluded with one supplier for each lot.
