Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa wagomieszarek do pobieranej krwi z przesyłem danych. 2. Szczegółowy opis dostawy będącej przedmiotem niniejszego postępowania zawiera „Arkusz asortymentowo-cenowy” stanowiący Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. Opis ten należy odczytywać wraz ze zmianami treści SWZ, będącymi np. wynikiem udzielonych odpowiedzi na zapytania wykonawców. 3. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych w projekcie umowy stanowiącym Załącznik nr 9 do SWZ. 4. Odbiorcy przedmiotu zamówienia zostali określeni w Arkuszu asortymentowo – cenowym stanowiącym Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
