Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of reagent kits together with the lease of an analyser to the Microbiology and Hematological Diagnostics and Genetics Institute. The subject-matter of the contract is divided into lots. The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annexes 1a to 1c to the SWZ and Annex 3 to the ToR. This description should be read together with any changes to the content of the ToRs, e.g. as a result of replies to requests from contractors. The quantities quoted are an estimate of demand and serve to calculate the price of the tender (i.e. the maximum remuneration of the contractor). The contracting authority reserves the right not to purchase part of the range due to the lack or reduction of demand for the product in question.
