This consultation concerns the award of a comprehensive public performance contract including the design, construction, operation and maintenance relating to the construction of a 238-bed EHPAD in Bourges (18). The project is part of the property master plan initiated by the Résidences de Bellevue, aimed at improving the reception conditions of residents and the working conditions of staff, in order to provide better care for dependent elderly people in care. This project is accompanied by a change in semantics within the site, with residents becoming residents and carers becoming companions in the desire to develop the feeling of ‘like at home’. The objective of the project is therefore the reconstruction of 238 residential beds for the elderly, including 2x14 UVP beds and 14 UHR beds, as well as 24 PASA and day care places.
