1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from real estate located in the Municipality of Sanok in 2025, i.e.: a) collection and transport of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste (code 200301) from residential and uninhabited properties (including holiday properties). b) collection and transport of segregated waste: - plastic packaging waste, including multi-material waste and metal packaging waste, collected together as mixed packaging waste (code 150106), - paper and cardboard including paper and cardboard packaging (code 150101, 200101) - glass packaging (code 150107), c) collection and management of separately collected bio-waste containing biodegradable kitchen waste (20 01 08), d) collection, transport and management of separately collected ashes from home furnaces (code ex 20 01 99), e) collection and management of bulky waste (code 200307), waste electrical and electronic equipment (codes 200123*, 200135*, 200136), f) collection and management of waste from cemeteries, g) collection and management of expired medicines (code 200131, 200132), h) collecting data from two-dimensional QR codes, i) equipping property owners with bags for segregated waste, j) checking the correctness of the segregation carried out, k) equipping public places with 1100 litres containers and IGLO containers, l) emptying stop and street baskets, m) collecting waste from public events and ecological campaigns, n) ensuring readiness and possibility of receiving and managing other municipal waste, o) managing the collected waste, p) conducting an educational campaign (ecological education). 2.
