Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the collection of municipal waste from all residential and non-resident properties in which waste is generated, situated within the administrative boundaries of the municipality. Siedlec, which is sector No 2, in accordance with Resolution No IX/29/2012 of the Assembly of the Inter-municipal Union of 20 November 2012 on: the division of the Inter-municipal Association ‘Obra’ into sectors and their transport to the transhipment point at the Applicants (mixed waste) or the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point/hereinafter referred to as PSZOK set up and operated by the Contractor (separately collected waste). The PSZOK operated by the Contractor should ensure simultaneous storage capacity of at least 600 Mg of spoil, 100 Mg tyres, 50 Mg of glass cullet, 40 Mg of waste rtv and agd equipment, 100 m³ of plastic and 20 Mg of recycled paper, and 50 Mg of other waste accepted as part of the operation of the PSZOKU.
