Detailed Description of the subject of the Order is presented in the scope of Part A: the descriptive and drawing part of the Design Documentation, Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWIORB) constituting Volume III of the SWZ and in the Measurement of Works constituting a separate Volume IV of the SWZ, as well as in the scope of Part B is presented in the PFU constituting Volume III of the SWZ. III. PROCUREMENT PERIOD: 3. PERFORMANCE PERIOD OF THE ORDER The duration of the Order: 1) Basic scope – 51 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, in accordance with § 4 of the Terms and Conditions, contained in Volume II of the FTZ, including: a) completion of all Works (subject to the point below and excluding the Interface Option), confirmed by the Ordering Party's last Final Acceptance, including providing the Ordering Party with complete as-built documentation and, providing the Ordering Party with a complete set of documents related to the certification process together with certificates issued by a notified body and a complete application to the Office of Rail Transport - 42 (forty-two) months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement, b) providing the Ordering Party with authorisations for placing in service of structural subsystems, in accordance with the Rail Transport Act - no longer than within 9 (nine) months from the date of the Ordering Party's last Final Acceptance. 2) Option for the interface – not less than 6 months, provided that the deadline for implementation indicated by the Ordering Party will not be longer than 4 years from the date of launching the Option for the interface. The Ordering Party shall have the right to run the Interface Option throughout the duration of the Works and the Works warranty period, no later than before the end of the warranty period for the scope of the Works relating to railway traffic control and ETCS equipment. IV. The Contracting Authority provides for the award of contracts referred to in Article 388(2)(c) of the Act.
