I. The subject of the Order is the execution of the following elements: The whole subject of the Order includes the execution of the following elements: 1.Execution of works in the scopes (Part A): 1) Track works 2) Platforms 3) Overhead contact line 4) Line of non-traction needs 15kV 5) Power supply up to 1 kV 6) Drainage 7) Installations, networks and sanitary facilities 8) Road layout 9) Engineering facilities 10) Buildings 11) Environmental protection 12) Geotechnics 13) Dendrology 14) Reconstruction of ditches and watercourses in connection with the construction of engineering facilities 15) Small architecture and land development 2.Development of projects with the implementation of works in the scopes (part B): 1) Railway traffic control equipment (srk), 2) Construction and reconstruction of telecommunications networks and equipment 3. Option for interface: 1) Installation of line locking devices on the Maksymilianowo – Kotomierz route 2) Installation of the ERTMS/ETCS system level 2 4. Execution of works consisting in the construction of facilities for environmental protection. 5. As-built documentation. II. Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order is presented in the scope of Part A: the descriptive and drawing part of the Design Documentation, the Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWIORB) constituting Volume III of the SWZ and in the Works Inventory constituting a separate Volume IV of the SWZ, as well as in the scope of Part B, is presented in the PFU constituting Volume III of the SWZ. III. PERIOD OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ORDER Duration of the Order: 51 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, in accordance with § 4 of the Terms of the Contract, contained in Volume II of the SWZ, including: 1) completion of all the Works (subject to the point below and excluding the Interface Option ), confirmed by the Ordering Party's last Final Acceptance, including providing the Ordering Party with complete as-built documentation and, providing the Ordering Party with a set of documents related to the certification process together with certificates issued by a notified body and a complete application to the Office of Rail Transport – 42 (forty-two) months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement, 2) providing the Ordering Party with authorisations for placing in service structural subsystems, in accordance with the Rail Transport Act – no longer than within 9 (nine) months from the date of the Ordering Party's last Final Acceptance. IV. CONTRACTS FOR SIMILAR CONSTRUCTION WORKS The Contracting Authority provides for the award of contracts referred to in Article 388(2)(c) of the Act. The scope of contracts referred to in Article 388(2)(c) of the Act and the conditions under which they will be awarded shall be determined by the GIP. A similar contract shall be awarded by direct agreement after prior negotiation with the Contractor, in particular as regards the terms of the contract, including price, time limit for performance, guarantee/warranty period and may cover the following areas: track industry with drainage, road industry, power industry, control and automation, environmental protection, overhead contact line, earthworks and demolition industry, platforms, telecommunications, engineering facilities, cubature facilities, development of design documentation / replacement documentation in the above-mentioned industries along with obtaining the necessary administrative decisions, construction of platforms, underground passages, engineering facilities, acoustic screens.
