The works proposed and necessary to be executed are modernization works of the signaling installations in the railway stations related to Sectors 1 and 2. -Sector 1: Bucharest - Pitesti (stations Sabareni, Ciocanesti, Gherghani, Titu, Fusea, Matasaru, Gaesti, Leordeni Arges, Calinesti, Golesti, Ram. Golesti, Pitesti, Pitesti Nord), from the area of the regional branches Bucharest and Craiova, (CEL and CE modernization); -Sector 2: Bucharest- Urziceni (Caciulati, Moara Vlasiei, Fierbinti, Dridu, Armasesti, Urziceni stations), within the Bucharest regional branch (CEL modernization); The optimal scenario/option recommended by the approved DALI is Scenario/Option 1. Description of option No 1 endorsed by CNCF CFR SA SECTOR 1: Option 1: Replacement of the existing interlocking installations (CED) by the electronic interlocking installations (CEL) with BLAI installations on the intervals adjacent to each station for the stations belonging to SRCF Bucharest and replacement of the existing interlocking installations (CED/SBW) with electronic interlocking installations (CE) with BLAI installations on the intervals adjacent to each station for the stations belonging to SRCF Craiova. Option 1 will be implemented according to DALI . The projected situation for sector 1 in the optimal scenario consists of: • electronic line centralisation (CEL) on the distance between Săbăreni and Titu, with a central command post at the Titu and BLAI stations; • electronic line centralisation (CEL) on the Fusea - Călineşti distance with a central command post at the Gaeşti and BLAI stations; • electronic interlocking installations (EC) in the stations Goleşti, Piteşti and Piteşti Nord with BLAI on the intervals Goleşti - Piteşti - Piteşti Nord and BLASI on the intervals Goleşti - Bradu de Sus , Bradu de Sus - Piteşti; SECTOR 2 : Option 1: Replacement of CEM installations with CEL installations with BLASI/BLAI, with sections made with axle counters and with central control post at URZICENI on the range Caciulati- Urziceni- Sărătuica. Minimum indicators according to ETC opinions: Sector 1 Bucharest – Pitesti – installations CEL = 2 pieces (9 stations included in CEL, Sabareni - Calinesti) and installations CE = 3 pieces (Goleşti , Pitesti , Pitesti Nord) ; Sector 2 Bucharest – Urziceni – 1 CEL installation ( 6 stations included in the CEL, Caciulati – Urziceni); Number of centralized macases (S1+ S2 ) = 390 pieces (estimate). The works will be carried out on the basis of Tender Specifications No Inv.4/54/16.10.2024. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications/additional information in relation to the tender documentation until the 22nd day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information in relation to the tender documentation on the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
