Description

De gemeente Utrecht wil met ingang van 1 januari 2025 1 een raamovereenkomst afsluiten met één contractpartner voor het leveren van Promotioneel drukwerk. Onder deze aanbesteding valt al het promotioneel drukwerk van de gemeente. De gemeente verstaat onder promotioneel drukwerk: het drukwerk dat gebruikt wordt voor de in- en externe communicatie, waarvan de specificaties niet zijn vastgelegd (maatdrukwerk). Bij promotioneel drukwerk valt te denken aan folders, flyers, brochures, rapporten, verslagen, posters, mappen, kaarten, plattegronden, stickers, periodieken enzovoort. De gemeente verwacht over de hele looptijd (maximaal 4 jaar) van de raamovereenkomst 1.200 1.300 opdrachten te verstrekken met een verwachte totale waarde van € 1.215.500,00 exclusief btw.
