Description

De volgende onderwerpen zijn onderdeel van deze aanbesteding: a. Correct werkend personeelsinformatie- en salarissysteem, wat de CAO Waterbedrijven ondersteund, en in het verlengde hiervan een correcte salarisverwerking vanaf januari 2026; b. Implementatie/inrichting/optimalisatie van e-HRM functionaliteit op het gebied van: o Salaris modules; o Employee Self Service (ESS) / Manager Self Service (MSS); o Personeelsdossiers; o Rapportages; o Performance (de eisen hieromtrent kunnen in de toekomst wijzigen, hier moet intern nog een keuze over worden gemaakt); o Verzuim; o Dossier; o Flexibel arbeidsvoorwaarden budget (Fab); o Werving en selectie; o Opleidingsmanagement (minimaal conform huidige eisen, deze kunnen in de toekomst uitgebreid worden); c. Migratie van data vanuit het huidige personeelsinformatie- en salarissysteem naar een eventueel nieuwe systeem; d. Oplevering correct werkende koppelingen; e. Onderhoud, incidentmanagement en changemanagement; f. Opleiding/training medewerkers, managers, HRM professionals en functioneel beheerders ten behoeve van het werken met het systeem, alleen noodzakelijk bij nieuw systeem; g. MSS / ESS via de app (declaraties, gewerkte dagen, dossier, verzuim).
