Description

1) The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of 1 server, hereinafter referred to as ‘equipment’. The offered equipment must be brand new, unused, come from current production (not older than 2024), have appropriate certificates allowing it to be sold and used in the Republic of Poland. 2) The scope of the contract includes: purchase of equipment along with its delivery to the Ordering Party, unloading, bringing to the place indicated by the Ordering Party. The Contractor is obliged to provide free warranty service of the equipment. 3) The term of the contract: up to 11 days from the date of delivery of the order issued as a result of the concluded contract. The Ordering Party shall deliver the order to the Contractor within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. 4) Delivery address: University of Silesia in Katowice, Institute of Computer Science ul. Będzińska 39, 41-200 Sosnowiec; 5) Required minimum warranty period: 36 months from the date of signature of the acceptance report. 6) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 2 to the SWZ. 7) The Contracting Authority does not provide for the award of contracts for additional supplies within the meaning of Art. 1 point 8 of the Public Procurement Act. 8) There was no market consultation prior to the initiation of the proceeding.
