This framework agreement concerns the provision of services within the framework of mandatory regulatory controls of collective and non-collective sanitation facilities on behalf of the Communauté d'Agglomération d'Ardenne Métropole. The scope of the service is the entirety of existing buildings, construction projects (and ongoing constructions), developed sectors whose retrocession is envisaged to the public domain, regardless of the municipality and the sanitation zoning. The scope of the service therefore covers all 57 municipalities that make up Ardenne Métropole. Currently 16 municipalities are strictly in non-collective sanitation and 41 municipalities are composed mainly of collective sanitation and some installations in non-collective.
