Description

Según los términos previstos en el artículo 28 de la LCSP, poner a disposición de los miembros de la Guardia Civil que realizan su servicio en el acuartelamiento de Jerez de la Frontera un servicio de Cafetería necesario para cubrir sus necesidades alimenticias dentro del horario laboral, evitando tener que desplazarse fuera para disponer de los servicios que son objeto de contratación (y, de forma complementaria, por extensión, a los familiares residentes y a cualquier persona que tenga que realizar alguna gestión en el interior del acuartelamiento, no tratándose por tanto de un servicio abierto al público general). A tal efecto deberán tenerse en cuenta las particularidades que conlleva la prestación de este servicio en un acuartelamiento y que afectan esencialmente a los horarios y a las medidas de seguridad.
