Description

The Building Management Schleswig-Holstein AöR (GMSH) tenders framework contracts for letter and parcel services for Land departments and other public administration bodies in Schleswig-Holstein. The current contract ended on 31. Aug. 2025. GMSH has launched a new tender in good time. Unfortunately, it was not possible to conclude a new contract for the North and West divisions, as a tenderer submitted an immediate complaint to the Higher Regional Court of Schleswig against the award of the contract to DPIHS. In order to continue to provide the relevant Land services and other public administration bodies in the Land of Schleswig-Holstein with postal and parcel services, it is necessary to conclude an interim award.
