Description

Nowadays, around 29 600 m², there is still the Wilhelm bracke school, which is currently being replaced by a new school building in the immediate vicinity. An urban-planning competition has resulted in a densified residential development in the competitive area, with differentiated building typologies and approx. 200, which is currently being transposed into a building law basis in a building plan procedure. The Nibelungen-Wohnbau-GmbH now intends, as part of the ‘Multiple residence in the West City’ project, to flesh out and implement, in a step subsequent to the urban development design, the ideas typologically outlined in the urban planning competition. To this end, the aim of this procedure is to identify the offices for the services of the structural design of the buildings, which are planned and will be implemented by the end of 2017.
The urban planning competition resulted in three different typologies with a total BGF of the full floors of approximately 25 000 m², the architectural services of which are awarded in three separate negotiated procedures. The basic works under Section 53 et seq. of the HOAI for all three typologies are the subject of this procedure.
The procurement procedure is two-stage. First of all, an application/selection procedure will be carried out in accordance with the selection criteria set out in this notice and in the participation/competition documents (1st stage ‘Participation contest’). Thereafter, in the second Stage invited the selected candidates to submit a tender and invited in writing to the negotiation interviews. The evaluation will be carried out on the basis of the award criteria set out in the invitation. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to hold several rounds of negotiations.
The contract is awarded in stages without any legal entitlement to the award of all service levels. The work will be commissioned from preliminary planning up to and including preparation of the award (LPH 2-6 § 51 HOAI 2013).
