Description

1. The subject of the contract is delivery with assembly and commissioning of a set of mössbauer spectrometers with accessories to the place indicated by the Ordering Party. 2. The subject-matter of the contract includes: 1) performing tests and providing the Ordering Party with the assembly and commissioning of a set of mössbauer spectrometers with accessories will be documented by a protocol from their execution, 2) conducting a minimum of 2 days training (on the operation of mössbauer spectrometers with accessories and on the development and presentation of measurement results) for a minimum of 3 employees of the Ordering Party - at the basic and advanced level. 3. The Employer requires that the basic stationary instruction at the installation site for the Employer's employees regarding the operation of the equipment take place on the day of delivery and commissioning on the date agreed with the Employer. 4. The offered set of mössbauer spectrometers with accessories must be brand new, unused, non-regenerated, non-demonstration. 5. The set of mössbauer spectrometers with accessories to be supplied should bear the CE marking and all documents required by law for entry into service. 6.
