1. The subject of the contract is: 1.1 Part 1 – delivery of up-down quadruple containers RW 450 ml/2 x 400 ml to 600 ml with an additional plasma container of 3 000 pcs. 1.2 Part 2 – delivery of up-down quadruple containers RW 450 ml/2 x 400 ml to 600 ml with in-line filter to KKCz in the amount of 25 000 units 1.3 Part 3 – delivery of triple containers top – bottom RW 450 ml/2 x 400 ml to 600 ml in a quantity of 150 000 pieces. 1.4 Part 4 – Supply of 400 single-use therapeutic plasmapheresis kits 1.5 Part 5 – Supply of 2 000 laboratory gravity antileukocyte filters for KKP filtering 1.6 Part 6 – delivery of 200 empty transfer containers á 150 ml and 600 empty transfer containers á 4x150 ml 1.7 Part 7 – delivery of empty transfer containers á 300-450 ml of 600 pcs and á 600 ml of 400 pcs. 1.8 Part 8 – delivery of empty breathable (“plate”) containers á 600 ml or á 1000 ml or á 1300 ml in a quantity of 500 items for the Regional Blood Donation and Treatment Centre in BiaƂystok. 2.
