Description

The Contractor must cover all the services described in the FWC, including: • Receipt, verification and storage of samples; • the execution of proteomic and, where appropriate, metabolomic analytical workflows; • Implementation of the pilot phase and associated deliverables; • Quality control and data validation; • Bioinformatics pre-processing and provision of standardised data; • The return of unused biological material; • Communication, reporting and customer support; • All administrative or logistical costs related to subcontracting or shipping. This public contract is financed by the PreciseIT project, which won Breakthrougth T1D’s Strategic Research Agreement, managed by Inserm.
