Description

1. An open international competition in euros for the designation of a supplier of fuel and oily panes on the basis of award criteria.
A. the highest percentage reduction in the legally formed average retail selling price of the item on the day of delivery, which shall be certified by the Department of Commerce of the Prefecture of Arcadia in accordance with Article 41 (4) of the EOPTA, and Article 42 (1) of EMPOTA.
B. The lowest value for lubricants in their entirety in accordance with EEPOTA, as detailed in the attached parts and annexes to this Decision and which form an integral part thereof.
