Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the supply and implementation of switches dedicated to the operation of traffic in a data centre (hereinafter referred to as ‘Equipment’), in particular: 1) Delivery with unloading of core switches - 2 pieces with software, in accordance with the requirements described in Volume III IDW - OPZ. 2) Implementation consisting in the configuration of the delivered Equipment, integration with the environment of the Ordering Party, in accordance with the requirements described in the OPZ. 3) Execution and delivery of as-built documentation, in accordance with the requirements described in the OPZ. 4) Granting guarantees and warranties for the delivered Equipment for a period of at least 36 months, counted from the date of signing the Implementation Acceptance Protocol without reservations.
