Description

The municipality has hitherto had a contract with Postnord Logistics to drive food between nursing homes. However, the supplier has chosen to terminate the contract with 14 days' notice. The municipality has therefore found itself obliged to conclude a temporary contract, cf. Section 80(5) of the Public Procurement Act, until the service can be offered again. This work is hereby initiated in continuation of this Order.
