Description

The contracting authority, in collaboration with suppliers on two lots, aims to deploy a comprehensive solution that includes a modern, cloud-based emergency call system, GPS equipment, personnel alarms and an integrated digital observation and monitoring solution. The purpose of the tender is therefore to enter into contracts to establish a future-proof, reliable and coherent platform that supports both security for citizens and efficient workflows for employees in care centres and home care. The contracting authority is facing a major modernisation, where approximately 1,400 emergency call systems, 700 sensors and 160 GPS devices will have to be replaced and implemented again. In addition, the Ordering Party has planned the setup and commissioning of up to 250 digital observation units for use in anonymised supervision, incident detection and support for night and safety visits – with a particular focus on screened sections and temporary round-the-clock places (MDO). The solution must be delivered as a whole, where emergency calls, employee alarms and digital observation are integrated with each other. User-friendliness and simple operation are key requirements, just as full integration between the services in the two lots is very important. The contracting authority demands solutions that are intuitive and stable in operation, and that clearly show how both the citizens' need for security and the employees' need for overview and action are met in practice. Tenderers must therefore be able to document how offered systems meet legal requirements, data security and operational uptime – and at the same time offer a platform that can be scaled and expanded in line with future needs. This tender therefore represents an investment in improving and optimising the Customer's emergency call solution, while the Customer will improve care for citizens through Digital Observation.
